Our Visionary CEO

Ron Eckhart

Ron brings decades of experience as an out-of-touch billionaire to the gaming industry. A self-made entrepreneur (after receiving some light seed funding from family), Ron has a proven track record of identifying opportunities where others see problems—particularly when those problems involve unhappy customers.

His business philosophy is simple: radical honesty about our intentions to disappoint you. Under his leadership, Morally Bankrupt Studios is committed to setting expectations we have absolutely no intention of meeting, pioneering new frontiers in customer dissatisfaction one microtransaction at a time.

Our Core Values

At Morally Bankrupt Game Studios, we're adopting the highly cynical formula of the games industry, then pushing it to the next level. Here's how:

$ Radical Honesty

We're bringing radical honesty to an industry full of overpromising and underdelivering. Here's a start - did you know we're just incredibly incompetent? We have zero programmers with professional game development experience in our team. See, now you don't expect anything from us at all! No more overhyped releases letting you down. You're welcome.

$ Unfettered Greed

Our determination to make the number in our bank accounts go up enables us to make bold decisions that others might not, were they not greedy. Mostly, however, our competition are also greedy...so, I guess we're not really standing out much on this one. Okay, moving on.

$ Zero Support

Our competitors spend money providing so called "support" for users. Providing adequate support for our games costs us money. Spending money unnecessarily directly contradicts our focus on greed, and so cannot be condoned.

$ Zero Crunch

Did you know that just 8% of game developers report being paid for their overtime during crunch periods? Paying 8% extra to employees unnecessarily isn't really our jam, so we have committed to eradicating crunchtime across the company, at least until laws are updated to guarantee it won't affect our margins so much.
